Headquartered in La Jolla, California, with branches in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico City, and Santiago, Chile, Busca Corp. is a Spanish-speaking Digital Entertainment Network. Founded by Ramon Toledo in 2006 as Busca Inc., LLC, and restructured as a legally chartered Delaware corporation in 2007.
Along with its subsidiaries, Busca Corp. provides users with access to a wide array of resources that promote social interaction, information distribution, and overall consumer gratification with such applications as blogs, previews, news, event coverage, and video.
Our brands have made a positive impression on web users, who have developed a trust in them, forming a virtual online community of great value.
Busca Corp. also offers online marketing solutions and platforms, which enable marketers to display advertisements in a range of creative formats and custom-made marketing initiatives. We also offer platform deals by driving traffic to your websites.

Meet the management team that makes it all work together
Ramon Toledo
President and CEO
Ramon Toledo, President and CEO of Busca Corp., with 20 years of experience
in international management and business development, Toledo has numerous
recognitions as one of the most respectable businessman and entrepreneurs
to bring business into Mexico. His experience includes: serving as the
Director of Foreign Capital for both the Probursa and Inverlat Brokerage
House; was the diplomat in charge of the economic affairs department for
the Mexican Embassy in Geneva, Switzerland; helped coordinate Mexican
President Ernesto Zedillo’s and President Vicente Fox’s participation at
the World Economic Forum; established communication with top Swiss firms
to enter the Mexican Market; contributed and analyzed several key factors
for the Mexican Switzerland Free Trade Agreement.
In 2006, Toledo founded Buscatodo.com as the first Spanish Meta Search
Engine for Hispanic and Latin Markets, in 2007 he founded Busca Corp. as a
Delaware Corporation with offices in Tijuana, Mexico City and La Jolla.
In 1994, Toledo received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration
and in 1999, a MBA in Finances and Administration in Geneva, Switzerland.
Rodrigo Violante
CTO
Rodrigo Violante, is an internet expert with over 8 years of demonstrated
experience. Violante’s responsibilities as the Chief Technology Officer include:
maintaining the entire network; overseeing all work flow for the network;
developing and maintaining new projects for the marketing, PR, and sales
departments; coordinating various company departments including engineering,
research, marketing, systems, and quality control; assisting computer
engineers in troubleshooting and making changes to the sites; closing deals
and maintaining recurrent advertisement contracts for the network, which
helps create new synergy among Busca Corp.’s network
Prior to Busca Corp., Violante brought the World Cyber Game Challenge to Mexico. He also
founded GamersLatino, a company that was contracted by Battle Top Inc. and ICM from Korea
to organize the qualifying tournament of the Mexican Chapter to attend the World Cyber
Games held in Korea in 2001 & 2002; he then sold share position. In 2004, Violante
launched Gamers.com.mx, which has had rapid growth and become a benchmark for the market.
He concurrently launched the first Professional Gaming Team for Gamers.com.mx. Violante
also closed advertisement contracts with AMD, HP, Logitech and Microsoft, and at the end
of 2005, sold the domain to GamePlanet, the biggest videogame seller in Mexico. At the
same time, a new venture with MSN was formalized and LevelUp.com.mx and
Deporte1.com was created. Finally, in November 2007, Violante negotiated the merge of EEL
with Busca Corp. and, with his partner, lead the development of LevelUp.com.mx.
Rodrigo received his Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Westhill University in Mexico City.
Enrique Jaime
Editor in Chief
Enrique Jaime, is a computer editor expert with over 8 years of experience.
Prior to Busca Corp., Jaime started the Mexican website, Levelup.com.mx
(based on the best seller Starcraft, www.rage-clan.com), which later became
the top site in the Hispanic community for videogames. In 2004 he launched
Gamers.com.mx, which has had rapid growth and become a benchmark for the
market. He launched the first Professional Gaming Team for Gamers.com.mx.
He sold Gamers.com.mx domain to GamePlanet, the biggest videogame seller in
Mexico. At the same time, a new venture with MSN was formalized and
LevelUp.com.mx and Deporte1.com.mx was created.
Jaime negotiated the merge of EEL with Busca Corp. and, with his partner
(Rodrigo Violante), lead the development of LevelUp.com.mx.
Enrique received his Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from the Universidad
Autonoma de Mexico (UNAM) in Mexico City.
